SGA Can Food Drive

It's that time of the year again-the time in which we show how thankful we are for all we have.  With Thanksgiving just around the corner, Banks Middle School's Student Government Association (SGA) would like to start a Canned Food Drive. We need your help. We will start the food drive today, and it will end on Friday, November 20. Please help us help less fortunate members of our school community. There is a competition between grades four through six and seven and eight. The winning classes, in each category, will be given a pizza party. We would like to encourage you and your students to help out our school and community. If you know of any needy students, please let me or Mrs. Harris know. We are looking for three to four families to help. If you have any questions, please see Miss Gay or Mrs. Harris. Last year we collected over 1,000 cans. We hope to collect even more this year!
