I am originally from Luverne, AL. I am happily married to Alex Long. I graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At Troy University, I also was a member of Sigma Theta Tau (International Honor Society of Nursing). I worked at Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery, AL for two years on the Pediatric floor. I really enjoy taking care of the children at PCES. I am currently an active member in the Alabama Association of School Nurses. I am also certified as a Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) Instructor. This is my third year at PCES & I love working here.
