Earnest Green was born in Troy, AL and has been a native for 51 years. Mr. Green is a 1976 graduate of Goshen High School in Goshen, AL. He continued his education at Stamford Christian School in Birmingham, AL after his ordination as a Baptist Minister.

Mr. Green is a very active person in his community and surrounding areas where he served as pastor for the Bougahoma Missionary Baptist Church in Gordanville, AL for 18 years. Mr Green currently serves as the Treasurer for the Meeksville Volunteer Fire Department, Chaplain for the Hospice Advantage, Manager for Harrison Funeral Home LLC, and Sunday School teacher for his church. Mr. Green is also a member of the Goshen Quarterback Club, Goshen Basketball Parent Support team, Goshen PTO, and the Old Alabama District Association for Southeast Baptist Church.

Mr. Green is a member of the Old Mt Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church. He has been married to his wife, V. Gail Bland Green, for 19 years. Their children are Renardo, Reshase, and Denzil. Mr. and Mrs. Green also have 4 grandchildren.
